Hi

Sorry to be nosey and tell me to bugger off if you want but as my gp thinks i do not ovulate and have got my appointment at the fertility clinic soon, i was wondering if you could give me a break down of what has happened in the last 18 months that you were trying. Like what happened at appoinments, tests you had etc.

many thanks

natty x

hi Natty no i dont mind, not really that much to say, when i first stared trying i thought it would be easy(how wrong was i), after 6 months went to gp he said if its not happing at my age its not ment to,so i left ( i am 40), gave it another 4 months and tried again was told the same, so i started to read up on things, about temping and things i also started to temp every month and found i never got a rise like i should,so i lost about a stone in weight and phoned gp again after an other month found out a locum was on and made app with him. told him ide been temping and it dont look like ive ovulated!, took my word and sent for blood tests, in the mean time i asked if he would refer me to a gyny, he did.
i then found to be ill, with pains in my side they sent me for a internal scan, found that ok, went to gyny within about 3 weeks i think more blood tests dh sperm test,i asked if i could have clomid as they new i was not ovulating,he said yes,so have bloods every 21 days to see , and last week was told still not ovulating, but i told him i had a temp rise,he said the blood tests are more reiable, carnt wait to see him
