Ovulation discharge...poss tmi alert

We are trying for dc2, I came off the pill 2 weeks ago so am not expecting to fall pregnant for a little while
I've not had a period since stopping the pill, I'm hoping I'll settle back quite quickly as my when I have come off before they have done
Anyway today I've had a discharge that's clear and a bit elasticky
Could this be ovulation discharge?
Definitely not anything leftover from DTD as it's been about a week since that

Hellooo sunshine, sounds very much like egg white cervical mucus (ewcm) to me which is very fertile and occurs around ovulation. It can take a little while for your body to settle after the pill, I stopped in September and I'm still trying to figure things out. I was lucky with dc1 as I came off the pill and was pregnant within 2 months but I didn't know anything about ovulation dates etc then (well still don't know much now but I'm more aware)
So in hoping my cycle settles back quickly this time too

This will be my first hopefully and I've never tried before, never even had a scare in fact so I had no idea what it took to get pregnant (well aside from the obvious, not totally clueless lol) I've read up on a few things but I've discovered a little knowledge can be quite dangerous, I'm trying to just enjoy and not get stressed about whats happening inside. FX for Christmas surprises all round x

Yep, sounds like the cervical mucus you get before ovulation. But you might not just ovulate yet, it can take a while after stopping the pill even if you got your period quickly last time. Every time you stop the pill it can turn out differently. Keep dtd every other day though to be sure.
