Does it matter what time of day you start af to call it cd1?

For instance I started af today cd 27 but not until 4pm, would u count it today or tom as I have read this but not sure what other people think.

Is the day when it's full flow, so you need a pad or tampon. So if that happens at 4 pm, then that day is cd1. If it happens through the night and you wake up with it, the day you wake up with it is cd1.

it's what I have read and heard from the GP. Not sure where you would read it otherwise, it's weird.

I would count that as day 27.

babyrose · 18/11/2013 20:18

I'm pretty Sure I read it on here, someone said it was there nurse said that. I'm just taking it as cd1 no matter what time the ugly witch arrives!
