Blood test from the doctor can tell you asap,
home pregnancy test can take a few days after you missed your period to get the hormone level detected

Blood tests may take 6 days after conception, but usually they can tell sooner

be warned, some hospitals don't routinely do blood tests for pregnancy. I skipped a period two months ago, well had very slight bleeding but nothing to compare to proper period, all pregnancy tests were bfn, went to gp who said to wait two weeks and do another test, again bfn, went back to gp who ordered blood test, rang back for result and hospital had said they don't test for hcg and urine test should be sufficient. I'd wait another week and test again.
