TTC & Exercice, how much is too much?

I just past fertile window and we are ttc so I'm having my fingers crossed. I'm at that moment between the excitement and waiting for the results… In the meantime I want to try to live life as normal as possible without focusing everything on what the results might be.

I am an amateur boxer and I know that has to stop but I mention it just to explain that my body is used to hard training sessions. Does exercise affect tat any level he possibilities to conceive?

Hi whitewolf, I don't know the answer to this question but I'd love to know so I'm replying in order to bump it up. Hopefully someone well informed will come along soon.

Apparently it's fine to do what you've always done, you wouldn't take up boxing but if you're used to that level of activity then there's no reason not to continue in theory.
My neighbour ran every day and rowed until the day she gave birth. Very straight forward birth and came home from the hospital in her skinny jeans

Great blog, thanks Wrighty!
Great to see some answers/opinions!
Well I'm 6 DPO at the mo and today I did a great training session. I figured it's better to keep things normal. We'll see :)
My big doubt is around implantation though, I haven't been able to find any info in that regard.
