AMH result help please

Hi, just got my result back as 74 pmol which from googling looks to be high, possible PCOS. I do have cysts on my ovaries but gynaecologist said probably not PCOS as my hormones didn't show it. Confused now!! Any help appreciated! X

You can have PCO without the syndrome, just the cysts.
