Our DS is nearly 8 months and as of last weekend we are TTC # 2. I had pretty bad hyperemesis throughout my pregnancy with one stay in hospital on a drip. I was on meds until wk 30. A lot of this I believe was due to awful care I received (well lack of really) from my doctors at the time, they wouldnt even see me in person and prescribed
rubbish meds over the
phone, I honestly think if I
was taken seriously I
wouldn't have ended up in
hospital.
I know the chances of me having HG again are high however I've done a bit of research and it seems if I take a few preventative measures it may not be as bad this time around. I'm now at a fantastic doctors who I know will support and help me as much as they can. I'm just wondering whether any one else has any experience with this?
