Very painful stabbing pain

Hi all. I'm 9/10 dpo and this evening having quite bad stabbing/throbbing pains around my left 'ovary' area. I've had mild cramps off and on in pubic area for a few days but don't like this stabbing pain. Should I be worried?

Hi Vjones, how are you now? If it isn't better soon then you should definitely get yourself checked out. It could be implantation pain though...

I'm okay, it lasted a few minutes only. Just mild abdo cramping now but that's nothing major. It's all new to me as this is the first proper cycle I've had since stopping the pill.

I'm so pleased it went away. Fingers crossed it was implantation. The timing would be right...
