Just thought I would add a little more detail to my story - in the style of choccy.
Except there's not as much detail to give. After 3 months of trying to follow SMEP we gave up - shift work was making it difficult! So, we just relaxed and had has much sex as we could fit in. Which was actually only 4 times as it happens but there we go.
During the 2ww (which I extended by a couple of days) I felt absolutely exhausted and very emotional - but put that down to difficult time at work. The main clue was my boobs got really sore. I did have a couple of examples of pink tinged ewcm so I'd thought it was AF on the way - but fortunately not.

Thanks for the details English. Did you use opk? It's good to hear that just 'relaxing' worked for you. Although paying attention to my cbfm we are trying to just chill out a bit this month easier said than done

The peeing part. My DH doesn't help. He's so nervous about it I did another test to show him and his first words were 'that's cool'. His next words were 'get that away from me now'.

Really? I'm fine with bodily functions but I don't think anyone loves weeing on things, ha ha.

spinning I use the ICs until the line gets equally dark-ish then crack open the digis to have it confirmed. This is better too as the digis come up with more lh so you really pinpoint the surge. This means you can use less diggies and save money! Hope it helps ! Oh, also, - and I imagine this isn't helpful - when it's darker it's really really really obvious!

onelife the 2ww is going ok for me so far! 5dpo so I'm not really freaking out yet or going potty symptom spotting! Feel rubbish today but putting that down to the cocktails last night (whoops, one too many!) I also had really odd cm today...like ewcm...but it was yellow tinged/very stretchy (sorry tmi) strange though haven't noticed that before I don't think!

Skyblue Yes bfp due 15th but that's based on a 23 day cycle and I ovulated later this month so I'm expecting af a bit later sometime between 15-18th really! But yes the pineapple is great lol

No problem spinning. I check in most days so let me know if you have any worries or questions. Just another tip - which people may find disgusting! - I keep the sticks so you can compare the lines and hopefully see them gradually get darker ... Then lighter again! Good luck

Nottalotta, read back and saw you've popped in, hello Sorry you're feeling frustrated, we're on same cycle and can def say i've had those feelings too. What's your dh saying abut everything now? Is he on board with having more of a plan/trying opks etc, or still keen to just see how it goes?

I've been keeping my opks too - today I even went as far as sticking them in a note book with a list of symptoms on each day! Bit crazy but will be good to look back if I don't get a BFP this month.
