Just not from concentrate juice; needs to be pure fresh I think. Not to be depressing but 12 minth's in it's no holds barred in our house. I've kept my used ov tests in my bedside drawer this month!! Haven't told dp.....infact he doesn't know I used them, I don't think they need to know everything! He's doesn't like to perform under pressure anyway

Right, well my cycles are all over the shop, I came off the pill in January 2013 and they've either been 30 days or 45 days!! This month though, using my app, I worked out that my cd1 was 9th October (first day of AF) I think I ovulated around cd21/22 dtd cd23 and cd24 and first BFP cd37 approx 14/15dpo!! I don't do temping or opks so not 100% sure of all dates!!

I had lightheadedness a few days after we dtd but I thought that might be linked to the pregnacare I'm taking (dunno if it agrees with me), but its since subsided. Very hormonal and emotions all over the place, boobs look slightly bigger and have had an itchy left nipple today, I've also had cramps today like period pains!

Trying not to get too excited as so much can go wrong in the early stages, just gonna keep calm and look after myself! We are holding off telling parents too for a few weeks, if I can last that long!

Due date would be my birthday! 26th July!! I was planning a September baby for financial reasons (I'm a teacher so would get paid over hols if I had a sept baby) but you can't plan these things and my mother did warn me that we are quite fertile ladies in our family with a few earlier than planned conceptions!!

I have been temping this month. I use the fertility friend app so that does all the calculating for me :-)

Yes my OH would actually freak out if he knew what I talk about with you all on here, and the amount of money being spent on OPKs, preseed etc, on top of the sticks being tucked away in my drawer, bless him, it would be too much for him! I also think he would freak out having to perform under pressure...I haven't told him about the possible building up of ov, and not sure I will dilvulge my peak days to him at this early stage. But god help if I do get a positive result and he's not in the mood, I will just have to jump him!

Yep you have to keep it by your pillow, take it at the same time every day before you get up/move around. I take my temp at 6.30am, I have an alarm set for it.

Ok I have a question that I would NEVER ask anyone face to face (thank God for this thread) is anyone else feeling rather 'up for it' all the time since ttc?!! I don't know if my mind is making me think I'm a rather hot all the time because of the obvious reason to do it - we used to be weekend shaggers if I'm honest because we both work long hours!! But at the minute I can't seem to get enough! My poor OH!!!!!

That's great sara! We were the same before ttc but I think the more you do the more you want ... Except at the end of SMEP which I always find quite hard to rally the troops! Long may it continue for you! ;-)

It's the sperm meets egg plan. So you dtd every other day until you get a positive opk then dtd three days in a row, miss a day then dtd again... Or something like that. The principle is to always have swimmers around and to double up at ov time. I might be just off with the exact days but you can google it. Just means dtd-ing A-L-O-T! Nothing fancy!
