Exercise in the two week wait - do you make any changes?

I went running on Friday (day after getting a smiley face on clear blue digital test on Thursday) and now I'm obsessing that I've ruined my chances for this month. Am I being crazy? What do other people do about their normal exercise regimes in the two week wait? I'd really appreciate any answers. Thanks

I continue as normal, I've read that exercise is unlikely to negatively affect fertilisation or implantation, in fact it might even be beneficial. So I really wouldn't worry about it, unless you're otherwise a couch potato and completely over-exerted yourself!

Thanks metalhead, that's really reassuring. I need to stop worrying! I'm not normally a couch potato and didn't over exert myself. Thanks again.

Keep to your normal routine, running is not going to stop it happening. Even when pregnant you can keep going if you want. I think midwife advice is just don't start anything new and don't over-exert as mentioned above.
