When to be concerned about sore breasts?

I stopped Cerazette on the 7th of September. Since then I have very sore breasts (no I am not pregnant - I wish) to the point where when I take off my bra it feels like I am ripping tape off them!
AF (at least I think AF - it was very brown and lasted only until Saturday morning) arrived on Halloween. Never before did I have sore breasts, even while pregnant (that I recall) until I went on Cerazette, now it seems to be a symptom that is not leaving despite no longer taking it.
I should also mention I got put on Mastodynon to help with the soreness, but this does not seem to help. My breasts are also swollen and sometimes quite veiny (nighttime).
Tomorrow I meet with my OBGYN to have new bloodwork drawn and am not sure if I should mention the sore breasts are still an issue.

Sorry if this post seems cranky, I am quite frankly sick of this problem.

I don't really have any advice but didn't want to read and run. Sorry to hear you're not having a good time of it at the moment, I would definitely mention it to your OBGYN and I hope your appointment goes well Thanks

Thanks! I did mention it to the nurse who drew blood since the doctor was not in yet. They were supposed to call me today with the results, of the blood work but never did. sigh I would like to know if i will be able to have children naturally or not already. Yay more stress!
