I've been off the pill for four months now but this month I've been absolutely covered in spots and acne and also been weeing constantly today. Could these be caused by progesterone, even though I've been off the pill for four months? Or something else?
I know it could possibly be a uti but I suffer from cystitis very frequently and this is different.
