worried, advice pls

Hi all i really need some advise please, this is our second month Ttc, i came off the pill on 10th August. my period was due on tuesday going by the last two cycles but it came yesterday, i thought i had alot of symptoms this month but when i got my period yest it isnt how it normally would be, its really heavy and like little darker spots of blood through it, also have this pain to the right of my uterus and like burning sensation, i just feel really scared now that it might be something else? but not sure if its just me as i have had alot of stress the past couple of weeks. i done a test yesterday but it was BFN

Hi Lyn - maybe its stress. Stress does some funny things to our bodies.
since you only came off the pill in Aug your body might still be adjusting, I came off in May and still my periods are different from the previous. Also in the first few cycles I was coming on earlier then expecting.
I don’t think you need to worry, just try and relax –easy said than done I know--
