Can anyone help/share experience? Luteal phase seems short a few months after stopping pill.

Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone can help/share their experiences please?

I came off the pill in July, currently ttc #1 (although only started ttc last month). My luteal phase seems to be rather short based on the last couple of cycles. I'm not sure if this is likely to be due to coming off the pill (ie. still settling down) or if it could be a longer term issue.

1st cycle was 28 days, LP was 13/14 days.
2nd cycle - 52 days, LP was 9 days
3rd cycle (ended today, earlier than I expected) - 35 days, LP again 9 days.

Has anyone else had this?

I have heard that taking B6 is worth a try but can't work out if it's ok to take with other ttc vits etc, how much to take. Can anyone help?

Thanks!
