I just popped into boots and bought a digital thermometer. It is celcuis and only has one decimal place, although some people say you need two decimal spaces. It has worked for me so far to show a clear ovulation pattern.

A thermometer with 2 decimal places is better because you might only have a small variation - google Basal Temp Thermometer. Amazon do them for a couple of pounds.

Download Fertility Friend App and create an account on www.fertilityfriend.com. There is a ton of info about how to do it and you can log your temps and the chart will show you when you've ovulated.

I use this thermometer but any that gives your temp to 2 decimal places will be fine.

I'd also recommend fertility friend - the tutorials you are sent when you sign up with teach you everything you need to know.
