Does anyone else get this? I've never come across anyone IRL or seen anyone mention it online.
It starts up to a week before my period starts. I guess it's probably my progesterone levels starting to drop as they should peak mid-luteal phase. But it's not a PMT symptom I've heard of from anyone else.
Anyone? Or am I "unique"?
