Been on another thread but thought it was better to raise a new one about this.
Came off BCP late May and been TTC since then, expected some time for cyle to settle down, my 3 cyles have been 37,53 & 46, I missed September, there is no patten to my temps they are lower than average and my skin is awful.
I don't know if there is a history of PCOS in my family, but my mum had no problems concieving. She was never on BC. I can't remember what my natural cycle was like pre BC. I was 17 when I started, now 30.
I have been thinking about the possiblity of PCOS but remembered i had a laparoscopy in 2009 to check for endometriosis and it came back fine, no problems to report and no mention of cysts.
So, am I getting concerned about nothing and should just keep trying, or can ovaries develop cysts over time?
I'm sure it's a question i need to ask my doctor but, unless you are close to death, getting past the receptionist at our clinic is a battle!
