Advice needed on managing PMS/PMT while trying for a baby

I am pretty much ruled by my hormones and get pretty bad PMS/PMT. Normally, I take Agnus Castus daily and that seems to work wonders - I still get PMS but it's limited to maybe a couple of days in a month rather than 10-14 which is what it is if I don't take it.

So I've recently started TTC and have read that I shouldn't take agnus castus after I ovulate because it can raise the risk of having an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. So for the last couple of months I've only taken it in the first half of my cycle - and the effect is obvious already. I'm due my period in 9 days and have been suffering from bad PMS/PMT for the last couple of days. I can only see it getting worse as I continue with half the dose of Agnus Castus as I usually take in a month - and I think if that was the case I'd end up divorced before I was pregnant!!!

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on anything else I could take or do to help me keep sane, without harming/preventing any potential pregnancy? I already have a really healthy diet and exercise very regularly so I don't really know what's left outside of medicine!
