Annoying conception problem

So my husband and myself have be trying for 7 months now, not that long I know, but still long enough! And I was due to have an operation last Friday for something unrelated so we took precautions to make sure I did not fall on the weeks running up to the operation, they cancelled it, which was not great and said it would be another 4 weeks away. So we decided to start trying again and what would be would be, but then I had a call from the hospital telling me the op was back on for this Sat, so I took the morning after pill (because I definitely did not want to mix a possible conception with general ana) and now guess what, they cancelled me again. So my question is, now having taken the morning after pill, is there a chance I could still fall pregnant this month? Some of the information I have read tells me that it will stop me from ovulating at all. Advice would be great, thank you. Jen

I fell pregnant despite taking the M.A.P after me and my boyfriend had stupidly had unprotected sex. However, I'd not been able to get hold of the Pill for 2 days and I was sick a few times after the 2nd tablet so I suppose those factors didn't help Hmm

I do feel for you - it must be awful constantly being cancelled and having to delay TTC. I don't know exactly how the MAP works, I didn't even know that it affected ovulation. Just keep trying and what will be will be x
