Quick question for anyone who might be awake at this hour: last time we were ttc I remember taking pre conception vitamins (which included folic acid), for a good few months before we got a bfp.
Once pregnant, I switched to pregnancy vitamins which also included folic acid. That was my first pregnancy and my dd is now 13 months old. We've decided to start trying for a second and am wondering what do I do this time around for folic acid...should I start with the pre pregnancy vitamins again/just take a folic acid supplement/leave it til I (hopefully) get a bfp and then go straight onto pregnancy vitamins...
Apologies if this is asking the obvious, it seems like an eternity since the last time I was ttc, but obviously it wasn't, I've just lost a few brain cells on the way.
No idea if it's relevant, but am not breastfeeding anymore...
