Come to the BESH funfair - we have a coconut shy, apple bobbing, dodgems and much much more. The prizes? Shiny new BFPs, of course. You can only go on the rides if you're a barren 30plus-er, the entrance fee is one completed BESHtionairre.

Thanks ladies. No insomnia last night for the first time since the trigger shot. ARGH.

My boobs are barely contained by my bra though, which is a good sign I suppose (KFZK seems pleased anyway).

I was planning to test every other day, but because of the lack of insomnia, I POAnotherS. Still positive.

If someone could just sedate me for the next few months and wake me up when it is all over one way of the other, that would be fab.

Anyway, enough self-centred menkulling. How is everyone else doing?

FrankelInFoal · 17/12/2013 11:05

Well done on getting some rest Euro, tiredness is also a good sign! Don't blame you for testing again today, I'd be doing the same.

Hang on in there

Hang in there, euro! I mix and match insomnia with knackeredness! And the boobs are good too.

Bugs, not unreasonable at all. Ours are in a drawer, to be shows to grannies-to-be only. Nobody shall be subjected to scans in my household!

evilgiraffe · 17/12/2013 16:15

YANBU, bugs. That's really weird.

MyNameIsWinkly · 17/12/2013 22:48

Weird, yes, but it could be weirder. She could have placenta art on her walls. (Click on that link at your peril!)

There are some right weirdos out there.

OP posts:
Fabuluce · 18/12/2013 07:51

Wow that is crazy weird!!

FizzyFeet · 18/12/2013 08:15

Good luck for OTD today, euro. Everything crossed for a good result for you.

evilgiraffe · 18/12/2013 08:31

That is seriously weird, winks Hmm

Good luck, euro.

eurochick · 18/12/2013 10:52

Thanks ladies. I tested at home again this morning and the line was paler than yesterday's. And I've just started to spot a tiny bit. I feel think isn't going to be a sticky one.

I am NOT clicking on a link to placenta art, despite my morbid curiosity.

FrankelInFoal · 18/12/2013 11:03

Sorry to hear that Euro, still keeping everything crossed that it will all work out

MyNameIsWinkly · 18/12/2013 11:05

Oh euro, how bloody shitty :( Hands to hold always on offer..

OP posts:
evilgiraffe · 18/12/2013 11:05

Oh, euro :( It's not over until it's over, but have the cod anyway.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 18/12/2013 11:10

Oh euro, so sorry. Holding on to toes still and keeping other parts of my body crossed for you. Spotting is evil. Faint lines are too. :( Meh.

Euro I don't want to give false hope but lines do not always get progressively darker from one day to the next as the tests have different amounts of dye and your pee is not the same concentration. I know you know this just a gentle reminder. Do you get blood results today?

Fabuluce · 18/12/2013 15:14

Euro - still clutching a toe and somehow managing to stroke your forehead too.

Hags, following on from the placenta art check out this....casey-jenkins.com/casting-off-my-womb/....my question is WHY??????

eurochick · 18/12/2013 15:47

Is that the knitting? It's, um, a bit bizarre, isn't it?

evilgiraffe · 18/12/2013 15:58

That is truly, truly strange, fab. I wonder if she got thrush or something, sitting with all that wool shoved up her for a month. Also, it won't be a very accurate representation of a menstrual cycle if she's using a great big wodge of wool every day - the first bit will always be cleaner and the last more stained (when she's on, anyway). I'm not convinced it's art so much as a too-long scarf in need of a good wash Hmm

Fabuluce · 18/12/2013 16:00

For all her talk and denial of attention seeking...I think she's doing exactly that. It's one of those things you can't un-see either, most annoying. I found myself wondering whether it could be washed and still have the colouring or if it just had to stay as is, honking and attracting rabid dogs...

FizzyFeet · 18/12/2013 19:45

Thinking of you, euro and apols for mixing up my days. I am going to blame it on the fact that I finish for Christmas tomorrow so today feels like a Thursday!

I must not and will not click on either of those links! Though perhaps the actual pictures might be better than my imagined ones. Bleuuurrrggghhhh.

Mixed up day today - a nice lunch with colleagues, but then a mat leave do for someone whose due date is the same as mine would have been from second ectopic, plus visits from two babies born in the last year to other close colleagues. Sigh. Surely it must be my turn - all our turns - soon! I have been trying to stay level headed and dispassionate about our frosties, but the longer the wait goes on, the more hope I am investing in them Confused

FrankelInFoal · 19/12/2013 09:53

Thinking of you today Euro

CatsCantFlyFast · 19/12/2013 10:07

Reluctantly releases Euros toe so she can leave. Good luck

eurochick · 19/12/2013 11:24

fizz that sounds tough. It really must be all our turns soon. We have more than paid our dues.

AFM, blood has been taken, so now I just have to wait (more waiting - argh) until they call with a result. The POAS test this morning was marginally darker than yesterday's but not as dark as Tuesday's Confused. (Yes, I have a pish stick collection. Everybody needs a hobby.) Thank you all so much for the moral support through this cycle. You have all been fab.

How is everyone else doing today?
