First stab done today. You were dead right - it was fine! I managed not to cock it up . Next to figure out how to cart my refridgerated pen with me to various social events, and how to disguise sounds of sniffing and shooting up in the loos!

In certain circles that's encouraged fizz :) Well done on a successful first stab.

Are you sure it needs to be refridgerated, Fizz? Mine were good at room temp for 28 days after first use, so easy to transport. Otherwise, you're probably good with an insulated container and an ice pack :)

Good point, draf. Mine are ok out of the fridge after first use, but I'm on a whopping great dose, so the pens only last a couple of stabs. I'm sure I'll work it out.

I may just have bought myself a dress in celebration. I spent months and months at the start of ttc not buying new clothes, cos obviously I'd be buying maternity wear, innit. Given the total fail and my expanding arse I have now been indulging myself. Hurrah for shopping!

Fizz I can't help on the refrigeration issue as my daily stabs were all disposable needles that I had to draw up myself, so only the vial had to stay in the fridge.

fizz I used one of the mini cool bags with an ice pack when I had to transport drucks.

BTW, I did exactly the same re: not buying anything for ages because I thought I would have an expanding bump soon! I've given up now though and started shopping again!
