Could I be pregnant?

Hi, me and my partner has unprotected sex for the first time on the 1st of oct, which was day 10 of my cycle. I'm now on day 19 and have had light (dark brown) bleeding with no cramps for 3 days. I have a slight ache in my womb area (like needing a wee). Other symptoms are slight nausea, and very slight dizzy-ness whilst doing light housework, which isn't normal for me. And a tight worried feeling chest. I have been stressed recently, and can't sleep at all, today I've needed the loo more often.

We are not trying for a baby, but were aware that it may have been a little closer to ovulation that we first thought!

Anyone have any ideas whether this sounds like pregnancy or am I just over reacting?

TBH symptoms are very variable from one person to another, so it's really hard to say on that basis. Are you going to get an early result test?

I think I will as I am quite worried, mainly just not knowing, I would be happy either way, but not knowing is driving me mad! My partner thinks I shouldn't worry and should just wait to see if I start my next cycle..

Are there other reasons for you being stressed?

We've had a recent bereavement in the family, and just regular job/money small worries, but on a whole I don't feel like I should be this worried... I'm pretty sure I've had mid cycle bleeds before but just never linked them to any causes before...

If you are regular, I would wait until your next period is due. I don't think the dizziness and tight chest would be a symptom that would show this early though?

Stress can cause your body to do strange things and stop worrying about it all as its not good for baby incase u r GOOD LUCK

Thankyou, I've been to the doctors about my bleed as I was a bit worried, and have been booked in for blood tests and an internal ultrasound to check my ovaries (have history in the family for PCOS) and am going to take an early pregnancy test next week to see if I am, I do feel very different to normal, been much more tired, so I think its possible! Thanks for the advice, will try and relax and just see how the tests go :)

Did an early test today, which is far too early but couldn't stop myself, and it came out negative. Got my ultrasound tomorrow, and blood tests on Friday, so should know what's going on by early next week either way. Pretty scared! Hope everything is ok, either way I feel odd and not myself. Trying not to get my hopes up that I am pg, but we will see!

Another BFN today, so I'm now just going to wait.

I'm now 2 days late, still getting a bfn... Feeling much more normal, but still have that feeling that I could be!

Strange as well but I've had a lot of Egg white CM today (sorry tmi) which is odd, no period signs either and usually I suffer really badly with pms and sore boobs! Could my mid cycle bleed have been a super early period?

Anyone else had that?
