Hello, everyone!

OH and I would like to start trying for a baby. I have been on Microgynon for almost 10 years now and take my last one on the 18th of October. I usually get my period 2 - 3 days later which lasts for 5 days.

I am trying to work out when I ovulate, but don't know if the same rules apply for pill-induced periods.

Can somebody tell me when the best time to start trying is?

Thank you! Smile

You don't ovulate when you're on the pill - it might take a few months (or sooner) for you to ovulate once you stop taking the pill - and your cycle might be a bit irregular for a little while.

You can start to look out for physical symptoms of ovulation, or maybe wait until you have your first proper period post-pill and then work from there.
