vjones sore nips sounds positive!

VJONES1985 · 13/10/2013 11:21

Yeah, I had some cramping two days ago and have had increased cm. Woke up this morning with sore nips. My ov day used to be cd17 (so quite late anyhow) and this cycle it was cd19.

sazzlehopes · 13/10/2013 11:39

choccy - keeping my fingers still crossed for you, sounds promising, it's hard not to get your hopes too high up but yet remain positive?!

All those on the 2ww - good luck.

I'm cd12 according to my CBFM - high since day 6 but no peak yet. First time using it so I'm seeing how I get on. Anyone else on this thread use one? Thanks Smile

sazzlehopes · 13/10/2013 11:46

Also allchat thanks for the info, oops on the smeg not smep mix up! Haha reading too quickly but pleased you read it as the same too halfpint
I read into it and it requires some stamina! But I like the reason behind it, I guess it is worth a go for a few months to cover most bases.

jelly i have got highs since cd6 and I'm on cd12 now with still high, first month using cbfm.... Hope we get peaks soon. I'm not cross checking with any other opk, just relying on the cmfm for a few months.

sazzlehopes · 13/10/2013 11:47

Sorry about repeating myself on my posts. I needed to go back a few pages and read who it was I wanted to say what too... Blush

RaRa1988 · 13/10/2013 11:49

Sorry, I'm a bit behind with all that's been going on, but I gather things are looking up and a few of you are anxiously awaiting BFPs - best of luck. Got my fingers crossed for you all Smile

lifehasafunnywayofhelpinguout · 13/10/2013 11:50

I'm a bit more familiar with ovulation now but nowhere near an expert all you clever ones. However I am now on C.D 15. and I don't appear to have ovulated yet. I have had no creamy mucas and nor have I had any stretchy mucas. Is it possible that I could ovulate later on in my cycle. Is it the rule for everyone to ovulate 2 weeks after the first day of their period or are all cycles different. Mind you I had a friend who concieved the day after her period meaning she must have ovulated very early in her cycle.

However could because of what happened my cycle be out of sync this month
We made love on 5th October. 9th October 11th October and 12th October (up to now).

Sounds Promisig, V.Jones. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you , too Choccy and anyone testing soon or who have not yet been paid a visit from the witch. If we do have any B.F.P's congratulations and if we have any newbies welcome aboard. xxx

Missvaughan85 · 13/10/2013 12:02

I'm all confused this month, cb opk is giving me a flashing smile, so the build up to o, but has been like that all week, dtd last night, on holiday now for a week so hopefully some relaxed dtd will happen and a holiday baby may be produced!!! I don't know when I'll o, I'm just gonna dtd all month, and wait for af. Can't be butchered with the 2 ww this month. I'm going to pretend its not happening.

As you said choccy, still in until af arrives!!! X x x

leezl · 13/10/2013 12:35

Well that's me off the bus. I thought I was a week early, but actually my cycle was 28 days dead on this month, so that's nice, innit Hmm sigh! Good luck all

lifehasafunnywayofhelpinguout · 13/10/2013 12:43

Sorry to hear that Leezl. Better luck for next month. xx

ThisIsMeNow · 13/10/2013 12:45

Af due thurs. won't lie, have been peeing on cheap sticks all week. Don't know why. Nothing will show that early. Have totally convinced myself of a Bfp. BlushHmm
Need a stern talking to!

Choccywoccydodah · 13/10/2013 12:59

M33r we Dtd on CDs 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16 (first positive opk), 18, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 28 (Today)

I've not had sore boobs, cramps or anything like that. Still no more spotting and my appetite has totally gone. Picked up ds from his my parents and we went out for breakfast but I only had a glass if oj.
Sundays usually go very quick for us, so I can't wait to test again tomorrow!!

So sorry leezl, good luck on the November bus!!

Thisismenow, you might shock yourself with an early bfp Grin

OP posts:
wispaxmas · 13/10/2013 13:08

Lifehasafunnyway, there's no rule that everyone ovs 2 weeks after the start of their period. It's just the average 28 day cycle with the average 14 day luteal phase. It's more likely that your body has it's own average length luteal phase, and that would stay the same cycle to cycle, though your ovulation date might change.

wispaxmas · 13/10/2013 13:09

thisisme, nothing wrong with testing early in my opinion. Good luck!

ThisIsMeNow · 13/10/2013 13:10

Any Bfp would do choccy! Have of course been symptom spotting- tingly nips, nausea, heightened sense of smell, crying more than usual but I remember not having many symptoms last time until I was about 6 weeks. We only dtd twice in my fertile time as DP has been away so low chance really. That's if my dates are right in the first place! Really hoping I get at least a faint line in the next couple of days.

mama31 · 13/10/2013 13:14

Ladies I'm dying for some of you to get testing!!! I need to see some bfp's...not liking how the success has slowed down!! come on get poas so I can get my bfp fix (it's all about me lol)

Good luck to everyone in the 2ww...I really hope we get a huge amount of bfp's!!! and hoping that my resist to symptom spotting will continue in to this week :/

sazzlehopes · 13/10/2013 13:24

thisismenow - if they are in the house i think it is very hard for anyone to resist the urge to pos!! fx for you!

mama31 · 13/10/2013 13:28

I have loads in my house so I've no doubt that I will begin testing on Friday :/ at only 8dpo!! I just can't help it!!! Also like to know before I indulge in wine at the wkends as have another girly night on Friday planned!

Oh and just realised I'm only 3dpo not 4! Bugger!!! :/

VJONES1985 · 13/10/2013 13:29

I've got loads of hpts but find it easy to resist because I don't want to be disappointed! Plus, with my lp history, it's not worth it.

My fear is that if I do have a fertilised egg in there this month, my lp will still be too short and I would be so gutted :(

sazzlehopes · 13/10/2013 13:31

can mama31 or any of you ladies recommend some ok cheapies to buy? I normally cave if I'm shopping and buy clearblue digital, but I'd like to buy some cheapies for on a whim testing!

MarlenaGru · 13/10/2013 13:31

Hi Chocy, no idea but I usually do around cd14 or 15. I don't temp so am just going by knickerwatch!
Are you totally crotch spotting? I can't help feeling every twinge but one thing is for sure I don't feel like AF is on the way. Last time I was in total denial but when I finally did a test I must have been nearly 6 weeks and sick as a dog so I have no idea when it started.

VJONES1985 · 13/10/2013 13:32

Isn't it interesting how we all symptom spot at this stage and yet a lot of people believe that it's not actually possible to get symptoms at least until implantation. And that takes at least six days, doesn't it?

Choccywoccydodah · 13/10/2013 13:44

I've got nothing symptom wise vjones. Only things really making me think are the dizziness when I stand up sometimes and the loss of appetite. I went through the MN thread last time I was ttc and these are exactly what I had then. Trying not to think about it too much but it's easier said than done!

Marlena, yes am on knicker watch! Sick of wearing pads so the white underwear has come out today instead Grin
Hopefully we get an answer either way soon!

Must say if af does arrive, at least my LP this month has gone past 9 days Smile. Hopefully yours has lengthened too vj!
