science it is sooo brutal! I have nothing helpful to say except that it is really hard to keep going, keep it interesting and keep upbeat. Lucky we have mn.

I just chatted to mum about DH and I having to face possibility that it might not happen for us. Very depressing but at all other times, keeping my chin up and sticking with the smeg.

Thanks Lucy. Good to hear. Now I just need to convince DH to give up a little of his potential 6 hours at home between getting from and going out to work!

Allchat I know what your saying about restocking but DH is on night shift tomorrow so there's no other opportunity aside from lunchtime :/ also just did opk and its a very clear strong positive tonight so think if I missed tomorrows opportunity I'd be mad??? Yes/no?!! Help!!!

Well I've decided to dtd tonight and tomorrow lunchtime even tho after tonights session the spermies will be poor quality....but surely poor quality is better than none :/ so glad we started the "sex plan" yesterday and dtd with saved up good quality spermies :) I reckon tonight is crucial tho as pos opk and loads of ewcm (more than I've seen before) so tomorrows dtd is for luck, skip fri and sat/sun for fun....then the dreaded 2ww begins.....

I have taken a photo of my Sainsbury's hpt.
Top one is today (12dpo) and bottom one last night (11dpo).
Last night I got the faint grey shadow after about 10 mins - think I may be the only one that can see it- assuming it is an evap line.
Today I didn't get anything in the 10min window - but think I poas for too long - said 5 sec when I reread the instructions and held it there for a lot longer (sorry tmi) so it was still pretty wet looking when I left for work. When I got home tonight there is a thin blue line. Again I am assuming this is an evap line. AF is due anytime between yesterday to Friday.
It will prob arrive as soon as I post this message!!

What do you think - is there still hope or would you say it is time to get off the bus?

Not officially on the bus, but still - I posted on Monday that I was feeling down, I'm now 6 days post ovulation & I'm having some period like cramps... Really hoping it's not early AF. If it's implantation when am I likely to first get a result?
Really really hopeful, but frankly it would be a miracle - I just don't think I'll be that lucky!

Maybe take a test with FMU tomorrow - FX it'll be darker!

The pains/cramps have started, I think it must be to do with ovulation, had them 3 months in a row now. Its always on the left side though Managed to dtd again tonight but DH is getting a cold again :(

I successfully DTD last night. FF still has my ovulation last Friday - I'm not convinced. There still time for her to change her mind! At least I now feel confident going into the 2ww with a chance whether I ovulated Friday or yesterday!

We've gone off the boil somewhat, as we missed tues (3rd day of 3 in a row as per the gospel that is smep) wanted to dtd last night but we were both honesty exhausted....now feeling poo as should've just done it....so yes whoever said smep is hard work speaks the truth!!! Mama hope you had fun last night and think the plan sounds good, if our oh's work shifts or late we can only do what we can do. But this whole sperm quality thing does play on my mind, so can empathise, so hard to know what to do for the best as hate feeling like we're missing an opportunity but also want the good guys on board!! Nothing to do now but wait for me.

Jessica, I don't know much but from what I've gleaned from here think implantation can happen anytime from 6dpo-12dpo, most commonly 9dpo. Think any true pregnancy symptoms happen after implantation.

good morning. I was awake lots last night. woke up nearly crying when I realised my vivid dream was not real. In my dream I took pregnancy test and it was bfp went running into husband to show and he was so excited.

Was so scared to test this morning. Snuck the clearblue digital that my husband wanted me to save until Sat morning and poas! most nervous I have ever felt. But it was bfp! perhaps my dream was a premonition and maybe the line yesterday was not an evap line! I am still in shock but so excited.
