Does this come before or after you have ovualted?

Got a few cramps today but no CM, do you get pains before the egg is released and then the CM when it is released.

I have got the taking charge of your fertility book at home but it's quicker asking you lot.

Thanks

It's 'supposed' to come before, but I've found it's best not to analyse too closely Natty - fertility prediction is a pretty imprecise science at best.
