Quick question about +ve OPK

Evening, just a quick question if someone wouldn't mind helping me?

We are on cycle #5, I've just had a positive OPK accompanied by cramps in my left side. We've been following the sperm meets egg plan this month so have been doing the deed every other day since my period finished. My question is, today is a "day off", we last had sex yesterday afternoon, should we do it again now or will that be ok? I'm a bit worried about sperm quality...thanks!

The plan is to dtd for 3 days after + opk's then a break for a day then dtd. I would dtd if it were me.

If there are no Quality issues with sperm then go for it!

Thanks babyrose, cramps are so bad I don't feel in the mood, better change that quickly!

I think so, they confuse me as to how long before actual ovulation they take place, I haven't used any other OPK's this month apart from today's so don't know if I have had a surge before today.
