Brown discharge mid cycle

Hi just wondering of anyone has had the same experience as me. Got implant out at the end of August to TTC no.2. Doctor said it would be best to wait until after first period to TTC as easier to date. Period started 16 September lasted about four days. Then had a bit of of spotting/ bleeding again a few days later. Then today I have lots of brown jelly like discharge. We have started TTC but I'm not sure whether any of these count as a proper period.
If anyone else had this how long did it take to settle down to a normal cycle?

Hi, not sure if it will help but I read a message on another website from a natural fertility expert, it was on how to tell when your body is fertile and all about body's sings leading up to and during fertility.
