25 day cycle? when do you ov?

Just that really. Am recently off depo jab (well....last one sept 2012..) and AF returned in june 2013. All cycles so far have been 25 days spot on.

Not used opk's or bbt yet. Just wondering if other folk with 25 day cycles know which day they ov?

I have a 25/26 day cycle and I usually OV cd11-13. I've used OPKs and charted my BBT for about 9 months so I'm pretty certain of this. Everyone's LP is different though. The only way to know for certain when you OV is to take your temperature. OPKs will only tell you that you're due to OV. Not that you actually have. Hope this helps and good luck.

I have a26 day cycle and my ovulation moves, it's usually one CD 11, 12 or 13, but has been cd10 and 15. Each person is unique...ish!

Hi, not sure if it will help you pin down what is happening but I read a post on another website from a natural fertility expert and it was all about recognising your bodies signs leading up to and during fertility.
