Progesterone pessaries or progesterone cream?

After a 7yr journey for dc1 and over a year and one early mc for ttc2 I know that when I conceived dc1 naturally it was 2 months after failed ICSI. And I used utrogestan 200mg a day. The immune testing we did showed to support a pregnancy (Ivf or natural) I need prednisilone, utrogestan and clexane until week 12. But I wonder if I am low on progesterone and using it will help me conceive?

My gp after consulting with a gynae will prescribe it once I am pregnant due to all the medical issues needing them. I cannot get intralipids on NHS and only private if go through Ivf it seems here.

Has anyone been able to buy utrogestan pessaries or used them to ttc? I am not young and am getting frustrated and do not want to try Ivf again just for the medication.
