Urgh, they are making me feel really sick! I'm not even pg and I'm dealing with this disgusting nausea.

Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me with a weak constitution?

Oh god don't worry. Eat healthily and take folic acid! Feeling grim isn't going to help!

PeoniesPlease · 20/09/2013 10:55

I think I'll do that! I can't actually bear the idea of ingesting any more of these horrible tablets.

You're right, the nausea isn't going to help with ttc - I think the vitamins are actually having a contraceptive effect. Hmm

Which are you using I recently switched because of a similar thing

I've been taking the Sanatogen Mother-to-be vitamins with Omega 3. I don't actually know if it is the vitamins or the omega 3 which is making me nauseous, but at this point I'm beyond caring.

What were you taking?

I was taking seven seas trying for a baby and changed to sanatogen! Not sure if mine have omega 3 or not!

I was taking seven seas trying for a baby and didn't poop for about a week!! That made me feel sick. Painful tummy and needing to go but not able to. I stopped taking them and went about 5 times in a morning was fine. Haven't decided on what to do now - just folic acid or try pregnacare.

Vatta · 20/09/2013 17:39

I've been trying pregnacare but it made me really ill - dizzy, exhausted, sort of achy. Couldn't face sex! Decided to ditch them. I have a shortish luteal phase so will take b6 along with my folio acid and otherwise just try to eat well.

Yes the constipation isn't really conducive to wanting to have sex is it? All these years faffing around with the pill, condoms etc. I should have just killed the desire with a hefty dose of conception vitamins. Confused Grin
