Hi ladies,

I'm just after some advice...

For the last four months I've taken ovulation tests, made sure we have sex every 2-3 days throughout the month (and extra when ovulating!), this month I had cramping 6-9 dpo, all looking good, but nope I'm not pregnant again. Where am I going wrong? I fell pregnant in February, first month of trying but m/c at 8 weeks.

Where am I going wrong? In the last month I've totally given up caffeine and my occasional glass of wine, I eat well etc etc... all the usual.

Any tips on diet, lifestyle, what to do and not to do hugely appreciated.

Thanks x

I don't believe that diet can change much, sorry. The only useful tip I can give you is to start temping - you'll know for sure if you ovulated or not. Since I've started using ovufriend for charting I think I learnt a lot about my body and ttc. Good luck next cycle!

Sounds like you are doing everything right to me. Try not to over think it. On average 95% of couples will conceive within 12 months and depending on your age the chances each month are Max 25% if your in early 20s. I am on cycle 9 atm so I understand your frustrations. Sorry to hear about your mc,but try to take something positive from it, you have conceived before so you can again.

I agree temping is a good idea to try so you know you ov but don't let it take over. Its not good to stress about it all, that will hinder your chances too.

Good luck
