I'm sure someone asked about this on another general thread and never got an answer.

Has anyone ever bought on of those 'books' off the internet about how, after YEARS of ttc, they have 2 healthy children and the book shares all the secrets??

No but just saw one the other day and wondered about this...
Personally if I had the answer I'd give it for free as I'm sure would any woman who'd been through the heartache of ttc, no matter how many hours of research she put into it (and I'm sure we've all put in a good few hours on here ourselves)
