Just interested as aboutto start TTC number 3. Took 13 cycles to conceive DC 2 and wondered if anyone took a while to conceive one or more of their DC and then had a shorter time to conception subsequently.

First one took 18 months. Second took 4 months. 3rd was 4 months and 4th was instant.

Interestingly they were girl then 3 boys.

First took 2 years and 3 months and medication from fertility clinic.

Second took as 3 months and no intervention.

DS took just over 2 years (with MC 6 months before). DD was conceived while I was still BF DS and he was 11 months old. We had planned to start trying at 12 months Shock

DC1 10 months, DC2, 2 weeks, dc3 1 week (whilst bf toddler). DH was disappointed at the speed for 2 and 3!

Suzieismyname · 11/09/2013 21:22

DD1 took 9 months, DD2 15.

Ds 1 3 years actively trying, lots of tests and an op for me which did the trick
Ds2 2/3 months not really trying so a huge surprise Smile

Well thought I'd update. Got BFP first cycle TTC #3. Can't quite believe it after 13 cycles last time. Still shocked!
