cramps in left lower side

Hi all,

I need an advice, prob a stupid question, but....

I have today started to get these cramps in my left lower side of my stomach, they are annoying and I really just feel like going home from work and lay straight on a couch with no pants on...
But I am work, so trying to adjust clothes to have least pressure on belly... Looks weird, I know.

But any good advice what it is?

I had my ovulation the 3/4th according to clearblue sticks....

cramps on one side can, in my experience be ovulation, rpegnancy, pmt and randomly nothing

On left side could it be constipation.. I had this pain in early pregnancy last time around (around 8 weeks). I was worried so went to docs and was told to eat some prunes
6/7 days after Ov it could be implantation..

Fingers crossed it's a good sign for you- one way or another.
