Any advice?
I'm a healthy weight, don't smoke, rarely drink, eat very well and work as a trainer so exercise lots. DH isn't as active as me, but still very healthy.
DC#2 is 6m and we want to start ttc #3 fairly soon. We have 2.5 yrs between #1 and #2 so it feels that my body won't have had as much recovery time this time around (am still BF) and want to continue as long as possible.
Any recommendations for what to do/not to do to create the very environment for our next baby?
