Can you get blood tested to check levels of folic acid etc already in your body?

Just wondering - I have problems absorbing nutrients due to previous gut damage, and took a huge cocktail of vitamins last time I was pg, incl massive folic acid doses. Have just been fed a 'poisonous' (i.e. contains allergens and my gut's going to do a nut) meal accidentally by DH, and worried it'll restart all those problems while ttc. Could I have a blood test to check this do you think?
