I am not currently pregnant and at the moment not ttc not had implant out yet long story. However, had anyone ever taken these whilst not pregnant? The are iron and folic acid tablets?

Do you have low iron?

Folic acid is best to start with in advance anyway, before ttc, so you can build up a reserve.

Yes low iron. Need to wait to get implant out though to start to ttc
