Should you chart from first full day or the day you came on? Even if it was at 11pm?!

I think cd1 is first day of full flow. But some more expierenced ttcers might come along and say different.

First day of proper flow. So if you only had spotting at 11pm, but woke up bleeding properly, I'd count the next day

I came on at about 5pm.....not sure which day to choose! Maybe it doesn't matter that much anyway.
