temperature question!

hi, relatively new to all this temping stuff. my temperature shot up on thursday from c. 36.2 to c.37+. on friday it was 37.24. I had ewcm from thursday to saturday (loads of the sodding stuff). so now am v. confused indeed, as you are meant to have the ewcm before the temperature rise. anyone any ideas or experience?

There are lots of resons your temp could rise , alcohol, painkillers a bad nights sleep with the heat etc. You are right though the CM should preceed the temp rise.
remember you do ned to be diciplined about your temps it has to be at exactly the same time every day before you even sit up in bed your temp will slowly rise every half hour anyway.

thanks pg. i am being really good about when I take them and don't even sit up. and i only had 1 glass of beer max on any given night.
