Any success stories with B6 increasing luteal phase and getting a BFP

So I suspect I have a short luteal phase of around 9 days (27 day cycle) so am thinking of starting b6 vitamins.

Research suggests the H&B b50 supplements are the best as they have b12 and folio acid as well.

Anyone had success with these bad boys? With either extending luteal phase and indeed a BFP as a result.

It's DC2 but after a few months trying keen to be proactive if I think it might help.
Thank you!

I started taking it this cycle. I have an average 28 day cycle but my lp is 11 days, and since ttc I've been getting spotting from around 7-8 dpo.

I'm at 10dpo today and just got my first sign of blood this evening, so either its removed the spotting or extended the time post ovulation before it starts, which can only be a good thing I guess. Or it could of course just be coincidence!

Its too early to tell for me really but I have read success stories of extending lp and resulting in bfps so I'm going to keep going with it.

Good luck!

Thanks imaginary, sounds positive!
I think I'll start them, least I will feel like I am doing something to help things along.

Best of luck to you too.

Yes, worked for me 3 times and it worked very quickly too - 1st or 2nd month I went from 7 to 11 days.

Good luck!

Thanks misshoohaa.

From what I've read I think it might gradually extend lp over a few months so it might take a while but hopefully we'll get there. As you say at least it feels like you're doing something

Someone did post in another thread that it can also delay ovulation so maybe to just take them after ov. However I didn't know that when I started taking them and it didn't seem to delay mine this month so just going to keep taking them every day for now. I guess if you're trying to build it up long term in your system you probably need to be taking them all month round? Only time will tell I guess!

Yes I have 3 noisy "b6 babies" rampaging around my house as I type. I also took something called Agnus Castus from AF to Ovulation too.

Good luck!
