Is a 39 day cycle abnormal?

The last few months my cycles have been around 37 -39 sometimes 40 days should I be concerned ??

I am not a doctor but google tells me an average cycle is anywhere between 22 and 36 days. Average period lasts about 3 or 4 days. On my case with a very heavy flow it's 7 or 8 days with a cycle of 33/34 days.
How long is your period? Have you got any pain or other worries? I would talk to a doctor if you are concerned.

It is quite long, and why did they suddenly change? Maybe go see the GP for advice?

It's quite long, but if that was the way they'd always been I wouldn't be concerned - but you suggest they changed. Why, did anything change in your life? MC? TOP? Coming off the Pill? Having a baby? How long were they before - is the change drastic?

They were always around 30 days and every month since coming of the non hormonal coil they just keep getting longer and longer xx

So when did you come off the coil?

Not that long ago really then, but I bet it feels like an age! You know what? I'd probably go to the GP. You've got nothing to lose by going and it may well help.

Think I'm gonna do I'm on cd 43 now still no sign of af all tests still neg :( xx
