So ttc for first time, been trying for 6 months with no joy :( yesterday AF started earlier than expected and wasn't really normal. This morning still not normal very very light (sorry tmi) can't help but wonder if could be anything else...what is implementation bleeding? I realise I am probably just clutching at straws because I am so disappointed with another no...any thoughts?

In my experience implantation bleeding couldn't be mistaken for AF but everybody is different so it is a possibility. All you can do is wait until
when you expected AF and do a test. Good luck

When you say 'earlier than expected', how much earlier? Implantation bleeding usually, I believe, around a week earlier - though there are exceptions. And it tends to be a very small amount (ie spotting on a pad/in knickers or a teaspoon in a mooncup) of pinkish or brownish liquid.
