Send your friend to ejaculate into one of the pots then leave it for ten minutes. The sperm will have the consistency of water. Then insert into the syringe and put the syringe into you. :)

Then legs up (although apparently it makes little difference!) If you can have an orgasm beforehand it helps as it loosens the cervix but I can't so don't worry about it!

Hi, there is a brilliant site I used called Pride Angel, they have lots of information on the whole process and they also sell kits with extender tips which helps the sperm get higher up the cervix, haven't seen any others like this.
