Lucky you. Doesn't happen quickly for everyone. (6.5 year veteran of secondary infertility here) Be careful whom you share your glee with- you might accidentally really hurt someone's feelings.

Thanks, missus. How are your efforts coming along? Going for IVF yet? It's the way forward. Don't fuck about with IUI or owt like that. Get on the serious drugs and don't listen to any puff who says IVF is hard. It's not..as long as you don't break your heart when it doesn't work first time. Good luck, any road..

P.s...I really enjoyed all the injections and the routine involved with IVF. It felt like a grown-up chemistry experiment with me under the microscope. It's only hellish if you're one of these high-fliers who can't bear to not be in control or hate not being able to 'manage' every aspect of their life. Chuck yourself on the mercy of science and God and be grateful it's free..you'll not go far wrong.

Embryo screening sounds like just the ticket in the case of recurrent mc's. I'm sorry you've had to suffer like that. I still can't get my head around the anguish some couples go through on this journey. Even now, on the antenatal thread, there are women losing their babies even after a heartbeat scan and it just seems so cruel.
