Soooo my ic tests had arrived when I got back from a weekend away - I peed and dipped (10dpo) and I swear there was a faint pink line. DH saw it too - but like clockwork 15 mins later im getting pmt cramps. Got a few symptoms but nothing that could not be explained by pmt! So got to wait till the morning now to try again - im not convinced yet! AAAAAAA!

Im trying my best not to get excited! Could be an evap line n its still really early. Im gunna do fmu tomorroe and then if it still there might nip superdrug on my lunch!

DH is totally not phased - of anything its just confirming his own beliefe that he has the most efficient sperm in the world! rolls eyes!

Rocky my DH is being exactly the same - I am desperate to test but he says it's a waste because he knows I already am >_< can't wait to see how it goes tomorrow!

I have loads of ic opk that I don't wan, does anyone want them? I'll count them when I get home lol x

Well I think I've done all I can for the month, just dtd again, with a positive opk yesterday. Have managed to dtd every day for the last 3 days plus a couple of days earlier in my cycle so I think that puts me officially in the 2ww now.

Super!! This is so awesome to hear. I have had the exact same thing since Thursday last week, nausea and dizziness all day, sore boobs. Now it is sort of fine but I had a massive migraine yesterday. I am having my first legit test tomorrow (today) AM. So happy for all the bfps

But ultimately wait till Friday and see. Going on a business trip to Australia on Thursday though so will be on my own for af arrival or good news!

Charleslingus I came off Yasmin, was great for years but since I came off have found all sorts of forums/negative comments about it online...but I think you can find support for any pov you like on the www!

Using opks but only started a few days ago. Next POAS on Weds. Woken up with food sitting like a stone in my stomach and headache new symptom? No, prob just a headache (chastises self for early morning over-analytical whinge)

Bloumermaid, how long were you on yasmin and when do you come off?
What have your cycles been like since? Any other side effects of coming off?

I was on yasmin for 10 years with no issues. Thought it was the wonder pill!

Came off at the end of December last year and I STILL wouldn't class my cycles as "normal".

So far they have been 31, 29, 30, 47, 33 and 40 days long.
I'm expecting this cycle to be 34 days based on when I ovulated... Obviously hoping for a bfp!

I guess on average they are in the 30-ish day region but 40 and 47 day cycles are not cool!

I've also had spots since coming off the pill.. I don't think I had a single spot in the whole time I was on yasmin! Luckily none of them are on my face (touch wood).. But getting spots on my back and side of my neck. Horrible!
Actually I THINK (again touch wood) they might now been starting to clear up.

I've also put on a few pounds.. But that might be because we got married last December (when i came off the pill) and I don't have to think about fitting into a wedding dress anymore haha. Trying to eat more healthy and drink more water.

Bloumermaid I've just read you've gone over 140 days without AF. Sorry my post seems quite pathetic now moaning about a 47 day cycle!

Ok advice/ reassurance needed. I got my positive opk three days ago now and no tempature rise at all. On top of that this month pre OV my temp has been all over the place. Going up and down daily as much as I'd see from a post OV jump. Do you think this means I've not OV yet or my body is just being stupid or final option my thermometer has broke?

I'm 4+4 now. That's the problem with finding out your upduffed so early, time is standing still! Got an early scan on 2nd Sept though so that's my next milestone. Really hope he/she sticks.

So I did a FMU test and im pretty sure it is bfn. Looked at how the test works n I think it'll be quite susceptible to evap lines.

Gunna try n wait until Thursday to test now as I think AF is due Friday. On the plus side I have a birthday party to go to this weekend so if I can indulge in some wine I won't be too annoyed .

Hope all the last stragglers on the bus are doing ok in there 2ww.

Science I don't temp anymore because I can't be arsed! However one month I was temping VERY precisely I didn't get a temp rise until 4 days after my positive OPK.
I guess after the positive OPK I didn't actually ovulate for maybe 48 hours and then it took another day or so to rise? Keep dtd just in case!

This is why I don't temp anymore.. Too much hassle and just another thing to think about!

I'm off work today.. WHY AM I AWAKE?!

I'm halfway through my 2ww. Really hoping (as always!) that this is my month.

Positive OPK on cd20 this month and around that time we dtd on cd18, cd20 (morning and evening!) and cd22.

Gonna try not to test too early this month and wait until I'm at least 12-13 DPO.

I try not to symptom spot but I've had a lot of twinges and stitch/cramp like feelings in the last 2 day and also my boobs are aching. I'm sure it's too early for symptoms though!

I'll be gutted if I don't get a bfp.. Although... I'm on a hen weekend the last weekend of August so if I don't get a bfp I'm gonna have LOTS of cocktails!!!!!!

I might add I'm being a bridesmaid in October and the dress is sooo gorgeous... If I get a bfp I hope I have a slim start to my pregnancy!
