If you're on a night shift, do it when you wake before. Need to be asleep at least 3 hours they say. Out just wait it out til you finish you night shifts and have a normal nights sleep. Changing your sleep pattern might give you a false negative.

Haha well it's actually made feel better in a weird way.. Almost a way of letting me down gently IF I'm not pregnant.. And also cured my desire to test again today!

Hmm well I will test again tomorrow morning but after that, due to doing nightshifts, I may not test again until Sunday morning after I sleep Saturday night.

So... Ahhhhhhhh!

Yeah I would think so gilly, or hold off from drinking much/peeing for the last 4 hours of your shift then test when you get home!

I sometimes forget to drink a lot in the afternoons and when I get home my pee is the same colour as fmu. Probably not v good for me though! Might be worth it for a one off though so can test before you go to sleep!

I got two Morrisons tests... I'm 4 days before AF is due. I feel PMSy though. Can't wait for you to test again Gilly!

I want other people to test so the focus isn't on me!

Grew up in Devon though! All my family are there..... Just me and DH in London. We want to move down to Devon but all depends on whether we can find work.... So staying in london for now!
