The August BFP bus PART 2! All aboard the glorious magical mystery bus!

OK, here it is. I'll list the details in case some of you were also like me, no BFP but no AF either.

Go my first proper line on an internet cheapie this morning. I've had two before, but had to reeeaaalllly squint, today's was faint but totally there, so showed hubby and we're both pleased as punch.

Have 26-35 day cycles so predicting when AF is due was hard, but tomorrow would be day 35 so I figure I'm entering the 'late' territory.

From ov, had weird cramping at 12+dpo, sometimes pulling, never for more than a few minutes so never sustained cramps (getting it still but less and less). I had itchy nips at 14-15 dpo. Feel a bit nauseous after eating but not for long. Boobs still big and sore, haven't gone down like they would if AF started, and when I lie down in bed on my front and try to roll things feel a bit different, they pull in a different place to before (fitness enthusiast so very aware of body feelings with regards to where things lift/pull from).

Hope that gives others still waiting for their BFP some symptoms to look for if they're into symptom spotting. All of it was stuff I could say 'Oh I'm imagining it', but now with the 'a lines a line' feeling, perhaps I wasn't imagining it! :)

Gilly hang in there! I did a FMU test this morning and BFN. I said I wouldn't, but I did, and I'm paying for it now. This 2ww will seem so short when we're all waiting 9 months for our LOs to arrive

My temperature actually went considerable down this morning. So frustrating having no control. Plus it seems to me that no matter how much effort I put in, it makes no difference if my body doesn't do it's part. Sorry for being a downer these last couple of days but feel in limbo as if I'm just not gonna ovulate this month when on earth will my AF start??

I am.. err, 15 days dpo now (if I count ov from day after ewcm). It was purely chance, a relative had been visiting so we didn't dtd like we had in cycle 2 (nearly every other day for three weeks, ugh...). But relative left and suddenly I just noticed this 'gloop' and thought, ah, quick! It's going to happen! Luckily had DTD twice in the two days before that, so DTD the day of too just to make sure. DH is convinced I need a 'top up' at some point.

Just did a Superdrug one and it was a good line. Have got a fancy pants clearblue digital one I'll do in a few days time, it's that dating one. I don't know why it just seemed a good idea when I was buying it!

Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary so got DH some cool looking fatherhood books.

Oddly I don't feel very PMT'ish anymore. Things seem to have calmed down. Smell is sensitive, I can smell things DH can't, or I find them quite unpleasant.

Gillywoo - I felt a bit listless and unsure. It wasn't great. Took a lot of convincing! It's only today that I felt confidient that I am totes preggo.

I'm on cycle 2 of ttc #1. Last month I got all excited as I had several pg symptoms and just didn't feel right, but AF turned up in the end (one day late. Just to keep me excite. Bitch). This month I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I haven't had any of the excessive tiredness or wooziness that I had last month, but yesterday (cd 24) I had weird cramps down low. Not particularly painful or long lasting, just a feeling like someone was pinching me on the inside, IYSWIM. I also have slightly tender breasts (I like to lie on my front in bed, but last night I just couldn't. No matter what position I put myself in my boobs just seemed constantly sore and in the way!).

Anyway, AF due this weekend so not long to wait!

Had a big increase in milky/creamy cm and cannot hold my pee at all.. Too early for symptoms tho I think..

I think I should add myself to this because I have had two faint BFPs two days apart and am now 5 days late... DH and I weren't planning to start til sept but we couldn't wait.... Didn't think anything would happen as I thought I had ovulated about a week before we DTD but it appears it has. Still not totally sure tho as such faint lines! Confused!!

Army - you're about a week ahead of me. The wait is frustrating!!

I would be busy if it were term time but it's the summer hols so I'm off work! Think some people get bfps as early as 10dpo? But I know it's best to wait until af is due.

Vjones it could be a long wait for me as I never know when af is due due to my pcos taking it as the last day of the month as this cycle started on the 1st

Hello everyone.. I've just registered today, though we've not been 'safe' for the past three months, we're not actively trying. Of course, coming on here and joining in the conversation is obviously a sign that I'm getting more serious about it, right? Well, I picked up prenatal vitamins and a couple tests today, even though I'm not due on until next Tuesday. I think both of us were a little disappointed when I got my period last month, so here I am getting on the bus. Luckily I've not been on the pill for 8 years, I'm 29, healthy, and have an ever predictable 28-29 day cycle.

So this time next week we'll see!

Hello again. ..I am tentatively asking for a little help after lurking for a while...despite being on the August bus already. ..to have af turn up of 28 july, very inconsiderate! Anyway it meant a longer stay on this bus...thought bfp was due sun 25 (cd 27) ..but now I'm confused...as have been bleeding today. ..cd 22... I thought/hoped it was implementation but it seems more than I would have expected for that...but doesn't seem enough for a full period? ???

Any ideas please?

For info..came off of cerazetre at beg of may.... 1st period 2nd July, second 29 July both similar to each other but diff to this???? Also have a bit if a dodgy tum today. ..sorry if tmi

Haha, it is chocolate, but chocolate labradoodle in our case. I should've said we're trying for our first, I'm assuming cycle number would be however many we've been trying? Then I'd say 3.

All the acronyms are driving me batty, I've got to keep the list of them open in another tab, haha!

It's a bit of a turn around for me, after being so so careful for years to NOT get pregnant and all of a sudden I'm hoping for it.

sillyme I'm not sure i can offer any help or advice, but hope others an offer more of an answer..

Sillyme - if it develops into an actual period, I would say you have irregular cycle. Has your cycle always been regular in the past or what?
